1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Use") govern your access to and use of the Zehbia Tailoring website, mobile application, customer portal, digital services and tailoring-related services (collectively, the "Platform").
The Platform is operated by:

For the purposes of these Terms, "Zehbia", "we", "us" or "our" means the above entity, and "you", "your", "customer" or "user" means any person accessing or using the Platform or purchasing/booking our services.
By accessing, registering with, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. IMPORTANT LEGAL DOCUMENTS
Your use of Zehbia is also governed by documents that may apply to specific aspects of the Platform, including:
Privacy Notice / Privacy Policy
Cookie Policy, where applicable
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Payment Terms
Offers and Cashback Terms
Delivery Terms
Any specific service terms displayed at the time of booking or purchase
Where a specific policy applies to a particular transaction, that policy will form part of these Terms.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By:
visiting the Platform;
creating an account;
signing in;
booking a service;
requesting a home visit;
requesting pickup;
placing an order;
making a payment;
submitting measurements;
uploading photographs or other content;
participating in an offer or cashback programme;
you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person or organisation, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
4. ELIGIBILITY
You may use the Platform only if:
you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law; and
the information you provide is accurate and complete.
The Platform is not intended for children.
Where a person is a child under applicable law, use of the Platform and processing of that child's personal data will be subject to the additional requirements applicable to children under the DPDP framework. The DPDP Act contains specific provisions concerning processing of children's personal data.
Zehbia may refuse registration or terminate an account where it reasonably believes that the account has been created in violation of these requirements.
5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Certain Platform features require registration.
You may be required to provide information including:
name;
mobile number;
email address;
password or authentication credentials;
delivery/pickup address;
other information necessary to provide the requested service.
You agree that information supplied by you will be:
accurate;
current;
complete; and
updated when necessary.
You must not create an account using another person's identity or information without lawful authority.
6. ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must immediately notify Zehbia if you suspect:
unauthorised access;
account compromise;
stolen credentials;
unauthorised OTP use; or
suspicious activity.
Zehbia will not be responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect credentials, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. OTP AUTHENTICATION
Zehbia may use OTP-based verification for:
registration;
login;
account recovery;
password reset;
new-device verification;
sensitive account actions; and
other security purposes.
You must not attempt to obtain, intercept, misuse or share another person's OTP.
Zehbia may impose reasonable limits on OTP requests to prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised use.
8. ZEHBIA SERVICES
Depending on availability and location, Zehbia may provide services including:
tailoring;
stitching;
alteration;
home measurement;
home visit;
fabric pickup;
garment pickup;
order processing;
quality checking;
delivery;
order tracking;
payment processing;
promotional offers;
cashback/reward programmes;
customer support.
Not every service will necessarily be available in every location.
Zehbia may add, modify, suspend or discontinue services subject to applicable law.
9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Services may depend on:
geographic location;
serviceable areas;
availability of field personnel;
tailoring capacity;
fabric/garment requirements;
holidays;
weather;
transportation;
technical availability;
force majeure events.
A service displayed on the Platform does not guarantee availability until Zehbia confirms the relevant booking/order.
10. BOOKING SERVICES
Customers may use the Platform to request:
A. Pickup / Home Visit
including:
fabric pickup;
garment pickup;
measurement;
consultation;
other field services.
B. Stitching Service
Customers may also request stitching or tailoring services according to available service options.
A booking may include:
service type;
date;
preferred time slot;
address;
garment information;
instructions;
reference images where supported.
A booking becomes confirmed only when Zehbia communicates confirmation through the Platform or an authorised communication channel.
11. BOOKING TIME SLOTS
Displayed time slots are indicative until confirmed.
Zehbia will make reasonable efforts to honour confirmed appointments.
However, delays may occur due to:
traffic;
weather;
operational issues;
customer unavailability;
emergency circumstances;
unforeseen events.
Where practical, Zehbia may contact the customer to reschedule.
12. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR BOOKINGS
The customer must:
provide a correct address;
provide a reachable phone number;
ensure access to the specified location;
be available during the confirmed appointment;
provide necessary fabric/garments;
provide accurate instructions;
provide accurate measurement-related information where required.
Repeated failure to attend or make the requested item/location available may result in cancellation or applicable charges where disclosed at booking.
13. CUSTOMER MEASUREMENTS
Zehbia may collect measurements for the purpose of providing tailoring services.
Measurements may be:
provided by the customer;
recorded during a home visit;
recorded by an authorised Zehbia representative;
derived or updated during a fitting;
associated with a particular garment type.
Because body measurements can change over time, previously stored measurements do not constitute a permanent guarantee of fit.
The customer is responsible for informing Zehbia if significant measurement or fitting changes occur.
14. MEASUREMENT HISTORY
Zehbia may maintain multiple measurement versions/history to support:
repeat orders;
fitting consistency;
tailoring operations;
quality control;
dispute resolution;
order records.
A previous measurement version may not automatically be used for a new order.
The measurement version applicable to a particular order will be determined according to Zehbia's operational process.
15. FITTING AND CUSTOM TAILORING
Tailoring is a customised service.
The final garment may differ from expectations due to:
fabric characteristics;
fabric stretch;
fabric shrinkage;
pattern limitations;
design choices;
measurement changes;
customer instructions;
manufacturing tolerances;
alterations;
fitting preferences.
Zehbia will make reasonable efforts to produce the garment according to the confirmed specifications and approved measurements.
16. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED FABRIC
Where customers provide their own fabric:
The customer confirms that they have the right to provide the fabric to Zehbia for tailoring.
The customer should ensure that the fabric is:
suitable for the requested garment;
sufficient in quantity;
in usable condition;
free from undisclosed defects.
Zehbia is not responsible for inherent defects, prior damage, colour instability, shrinkage, fading, insufficient material or other characteristics of customer-supplied fabric that are not caused by Zehbia.
17. FABRIC AND GARMENT HANDLING
Where Zehbia takes custody of customer-supplied fabric or garments, Zehbia will take reasonable care in handling them.
However, the customer acknowledges that tailoring and handling involve reasonable operational risks.
Any loss or damage claim will be assessed based on:
condition at receipt;
documented quantity/description;
circumstances of loss/damage;
applicable service terms;
applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
18. ORDER PLACEMENT
An order may be generated following:
online booking;
customer confirmation;
manual entry by authorised Zehbia personnel;
other approved channels.
For administrative/manual orders, Zehbia may create the order in the Platform on the customer's behalf.
The customer remains responsible for reviewing order information and promptly reporting inaccuracies.
19. ORDER CONFIRMATION
An order is considered confirmed when Zehbia accepts the order through the Platform or another authorised communication channel.
Zehbia may decline or cancel an order where:
the service is unavailable;
information is materially incomplete;
payment is unsuccessful;
fraudulent activity is suspected;
the requested service cannot reasonably be performed;
an operational error occurred;
required material is unavailable; or
required by applicable law.
Where payment has already been received, any refund will be handled in accordance with the applicable refund policy and law.
20. ORDER STATUS
The Platform may display statuses such as:
Booked → Pickup/Measurement → Warehouse → Assigned → Stitching → Quality Check → Ready → Out for Delivery → Delivered → Closed
Actual statuses may vary depending on the service.
Displayed status information is intended to provide operational visibility and may occasionally be delayed.
21. ORDER HISTORY
Customers may be able to access historical orders through the Platform.
Historical information may include:
order number;
garments;
service;
order status;
payment information;
dates;
applicable measurements;
delivery information.
Availability of particular historical information may depend on retention requirements and applicable law.
22. PRICING
Prices displayed on the Platform may include or exclude applicable taxes, charges, delivery fees or other costs, as specifically indicated.
Zehbia reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or display errors before order confirmation.
The price applicable to a confirmed order will ordinarily be the price communicated at confirmation, subject to clearly disclosed changes requested by the customer or additional services authorised by the customer.
23. ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND CHARGES
Additional charges may arise from:
additional garments;
design changes;
additional alterations;
special fabrics;
urgent processing;
additional visits;
delivery requirements;
other customer-requested services.
Where reasonably practicable, Zehbia will inform the customer before applying additional charges.
24. PAYMENTS
Payments may be processed through authorised payment service providers.
Available methods may include:
UPI;
debit/credit cards;
net banking;
wallets;
other supported methods;
cash, where expressly permitted.
Zehbia may not store complete card information where such information is handled directly by the payment service provider.
25. PAYMENT PROCESSING
A payment is considered successful only when confirmation is received from the applicable payment system.
A bank account being debited does not necessarily mean that Zehbia has received successful confirmation.
In case of:
duplicate payment;
failed payment;
pending payment;
reversed transaction;
payment gateway error;
the customer should contact Zehbia with the relevant transaction/reference number.
26. PAYMENT HISTORY
The Platform may maintain payment records associated with customer orders.
Such records may include:
amount;
date;
payment method;
transaction/reference ID;
payment status;
refund status.
27. REFUNDS
Refunds will be governed by Zehbia's applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Refund eligibility may depend on:
order status;
stage of tailoring;
whether fabric has been cut;
whether stitching has started;
whether the garment has been completed;
payment status;
cancellation reason;
applicable consumer law.
Where a refund is required by law, these Terms will not restrict that statutory right.
28. CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
A customer may request cancellation through available Platform mechanisms.
Cancellation may be subject to the stage of order processing.
For example, cancellation may become restricted after:
fabric pickup;
cutting;
stitching;
customisation;
quality control;
dispatch.
The applicable cancellation consequences will be displayed or communicated where practicable.
29. CANCELLATION BY ZEHBIA
Zehbia may cancel an order or booking where:
the service cannot be provided;
the customer provides materially inaccurate information;
payment fails;
fraudulent activity is suspected;
the customer breaches these Terms;
circumstances beyond Zehbia's reasonable control prevent fulfilment.
Where applicable, amounts paid for a cancelled service will be refunded according to the refund policy and applicable law.
30. OFFERS
Zehbia may provide:
discounts;
promotional codes;
seasonal offers;
referral benefits;
customer-specific offers;
other promotions.
Each offer may have separate eligibility conditions, expiry dates and restrictions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
offers cannot be exchanged for cash;
offers are not transferable;
multiple offers may not be combined;
Zehbia may withdraw an offer where permitted by law.
31. CASHBACK
Zehbia may provide cashback or reward credits under a separate cashback programme.
Cashback:
may have eligibility requirements;
may expire;
may have minimum usage requirements;
may be limited to eligible orders;
may not be redeemable for cash unless expressly stated;
may be reversed where an underlying transaction is cancelled, refunded or determined to be fraudulent.
The specific cashback rules displayed at the time of the transaction will apply.
32. NOTICE BOARD
Zehbia may provide a digital Notice Board containing:
service announcements;
operational notices;
offers;
customer communications;
policy updates;
important alerts.
Notices intended to modify contractual terms will be communicated in an appropriate manner and will not be effective merely because they appear as promotional content.
33. AD CENTRE
Zehbia may display advertisements, promotional messages or sponsored content within permitted areas of the Platform.
Advertising content may be based on:
general customer segments;
service interests;
promotional campaigns;
contextual information.
Where personal data is used for personalised advertising or marketing, Zehbia will process such data in accordance with its Privacy Notice and applicable law.
Marketing communications will provide applicable opt-out mechanisms.
34. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Customers may receive:
service notifications;
booking reminders;
order updates;
payment notifications;
delivery updates;
promotional communications.
Transactional/service communications may continue where necessary to provide the service.
Promotional communications will be subject to applicable consent, preference and opt-out requirements.
35. CUSTOMER CONTENT
Customers may submit:
photographs;
garment references;
design instructions;
notes;
feedback;
reviews;
other information.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such content.
You must not submit content that:
infringes another person's rights;
contains unlawful material;
contains malware;
contains another person's personal data without lawful authority;
is abusive, threatening or defamatory;
is fraudulent.
36. REFERENCE PHOTOGRAPHS
Where customers upload reference images for tailoring:
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the image may lawfully be uploaded and used for the requested tailoring service.
Zehbia may use the image only for purposes disclosed through the Platform and applicable Privacy Notice, unless otherwise permitted by law.
37. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
Customers may submit genuine reviews and feedback.
Reviews must not:
contain false information;
impersonate another person;
include confidential information;
contain abusive or unlawful content;
manipulate ratings.
Zehbia may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
38. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights in the Platform, including:
software;
source code;
design;
logos;
trademarks;
graphics;
text;
icons;
interfaces;
databases;
visual elements;
belong to Zehbia or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
You may not:
copy;
reproduce;
reverse engineer;
modify;
distribute;
sell;
sublicense;
scrape;
commercially exploit
any part of the Platform without written permission, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
39. PROHIBITED USE
You must not:
use the Platform for unlawful purposes;
impersonate another person;
create fraudulent accounts;
attempt to access another user's account;
bypass security controls;
interfere with Platform operations;
introduce malware;
scrape data without permission;
perform automated abuse;
manipulate offers/cashback;
submit false orders;
abuse payment systems;
reverse engineer the Platform except where legally permitted;
use the Platform to harm another person.
40. FRAUD AND ABUSE
Zehbia may investigate suspected:
account fraud;
payment fraud;
OTP abuse;
cashback abuse;
promotion abuse;
identity misuse;
unauthorised access;
fraudulent orders.
Where reasonably necessary, Zehbia may suspend or restrict affected accounts while investigating, subject to applicable law.
41. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
Zehbia may suspend or terminate an account where:
these Terms are materially violated;
fraud is suspected;
security is threatened;
the account is used unlawfully;
continued use presents a material risk to customers or Zehbia;
required by law.
Where appropriate, Zehbia will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
42. ACCOUNT DELETION
Customers may request deletion of their account through the mechanism provided by Zehbia.
Account deletion does not necessarily mean immediate deletion of every record.
Certain information may need to be retained where necessary or legally required for:
completed transactions;
accounting;
taxation;
legal claims;
fraud prevention;
dispute resolution;
regulatory compliance;
security;
other lawful purposes.
Where data is no longer required, Zehbia will handle it in accordance with its Privacy Notice, applicable retention policy and law.
43. PERSONAL DATA
Zehbia processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Notice.
Personal data may include information such as:
name;
mobile number;
email;
address;
account information;
order information;
measurement information;
payment-related information;
photographs submitted by the customer;
communications;
device or technical information where applicable.
The DPDP Act establishes obligations for Data Fiduciaries and rights for Data Principals, including access, correction/erasure and grievance redressal.
Zehbia will provide the notices and mechanisms required by applicable law.
44. DATA PROCESSING AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
Zehbia may use trusted service providers for functions including:
cloud hosting;
database hosting;
SMS/OTP;
email;
payment processing;
analytics;
customer support;
notifications;
delivery/logistics;
security;
infrastructure management.
Such processing will be governed by applicable contractual, technical and legal requirements.
Where required, Zehbia will provide appropriate information in its Privacy Notice.
45. DATA SECURITY
Zehbia will implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the processing activities and applicable legal requirements.
These may include:
encryption;
access controls;
authentication;
role-based permissions;
logging;
backups;
monitoring;
secure development practices;
vulnerability management.
No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
46. DATA BREACHES
If Zehbia experiences a personal-data breach requiring notification under applicable law, Zehbia will follow the notification and response requirements applicable to it.
The DPDP framework places obligations on Data Fiduciaries concerning reasonable security safeguards and personal-data breaches.
47. DATA PRINCIPAL RIGHTS
Subject to applicable law and the applicable implementation date of the relevant provisions, customers may have rights including:
access to information about personal data;
correction;
erasure;
grievance redressal;
nomination of another individual;
withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
The DPDP Act expressly provides these rights.
Zehbia will provide the applicable mechanisms through the Platform or designated channels.
The 2025 Rules also contemplate publishing the means for Data Principals to exercise their rights and grievance mechanisms.
48. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent through the mechanism provided by Zehbia.
Withdrawal of consent will not affect processing that was already lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
Withdrawal may also affect Zehbia's ability to provide services where the relevant data is necessary for that service.
For example, if necessary address information is deleted or its processing is withdrawn, Zehbia may be unable to provide delivery services to the customer.
49. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
Customers may raise grievances relating to:
Platform use;
services;
orders;
payments;
personal data;
privacy;
account access;
other applicable matters.

Zehbia will maintain an appropriate grievance mechanism and respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
The 2025 Rules include requirements concerning publication and operation of grievance mechanisms.
50. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Platform may integrate with third-party services such as:
payment gateways;
SMS providers;
maps/location providers;
analytics providers;
cloud services;
social login providers;
delivery partners.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Zehbia is not responsible for independent third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.
51. PAYMENT GATEWAYS
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
Zehbia does not control:
banking networks;
card networks;
UPI infrastructure;
payment gateway outages;
bank-side delays.
However, Zehbia will reasonably assist customers in resolving payment issues involving Zehbia orders.
52. DELIVERY
Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
Delays may result from:
logistics issues;
weather;
traffic;
incorrect addresses;
customer unavailability;
third-party delivery partners;
force majeure.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
53. QUALITY CONTROL
Zehbia may perform quality checks before dispatch.
Quality checks may include:
stitching;
measurements;
finishing;
visible defects;
garment specifications;
packaging.
Quality control does not guarantee that every customer will have an identical subjective perception of fit or appearance.
54. ALTERATIONS / FITTING ISSUES
If a customer believes a garment has a material tailoring or workmanship issue, the customer should report it within the period specified in Zehbia's applicable service/refund/alteration policy.
Zehbia may assess:
original specifications;
measurements;
design;
fabric;
workmanship;
requested changes.
Where appropriate, Zehbia may offer alteration, correction, replacement, credit or refund in accordance with applicable policy and law.
55. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR DESIGN INSTRUCTIONS
Where the customer specifies:
design;
style;
fit;
length;
pocket placement;
collar;
sleeve;
other tailoring details;
Zehbia will rely on the instructions confirmed by the customer.
Customers should carefully review the final specifications before confirming an order.
56. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
Certain fabrics, garments or designs may not be suitable for the requested service.
Zehbia may decline a request where professional assessment reasonably indicates that the requested result cannot be achieved safely or satisfactorily.
57. AVAILABILITY OF THE PLATFORM
Zehbia aims to keep the Platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Temporary interruption may occur due to:
maintenance;
updates;
infrastructure failure;
cyber incidents;
third-party outages;
telecommunications failure;
force majeure.
58. FORCE MAJEURE
Zehbia will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
natural disasters;
floods;
earthquakes;
fire;
epidemics/pandemics;
war;
terrorism;
civil unrest;
government restrictions;
strikes;
telecommunications failures;
major infrastructure failures;
extraordinary supply-chain disruptions.
This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
59. DISCLAIMERS
Except where expressly stated or required by law, Zehbia does not guarantee that:
the Platform will always be available;
every service will always be available;
all information will always be error-free;
every garment will satisfy subjective expectations of fit;
third-party services will be uninterrupted.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
60. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zehbia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including where applicable:
fraud;
wilful misconduct;
statutory consumer rights;
liability imposed by applicable law;
death or personal injury where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Any contractual limitation of liability should be reviewed by Indian counsel before publication, particularly because Zehbia provides consumer services.
61. INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zehbia from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from:
your unlawful use of the Platform;
violation of these Terms;
fraud or misuse of your account;
infringement of third-party rights through content you submit;
unauthorised use of another person's information.
This clause does not apply to the extent the claim results from Zehbia's own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be transferred.
62. CHANGES TO THE PLATFORM
Zehbia may modify or improve:
features;
interface;
services;
technology;
pricing structures;
operational processes.
Material changes to contractual terms will be communicated in an appropriate manner where required by law.
63. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Zehbia may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will state the revised:
"Last Updated" date.
Where a change is material and legally requires notice or consent, Zehbia will provide the appropriate notice or obtain consent.
Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms will constitute acceptance only where legally permissible and after any required notice/consent process has been completed.
64. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
You agree that Zehbia may communicate with you electronically through:
email;
SMS;
OTP;
push notification;
WhatsApp or other authorised communication channels where applicable;
in-app notifications.
Electronic records may be used to document transactions and communications, subject to applicable law.
65. RECORDS AND AUDIT TRAILS
Zehbia may maintain records concerning:
orders;
payments;
bookings;
account activity;
measurement versions;
operational assignments;
communications;
security events.
Such records may be retained for legitimate business, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution purposes, subject to applicable law and Zehbia's retention policy.
66. NO WAIVER
Failure by Zehbia to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision later.
67. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
68. ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Zehbia's prior written consent, except where permitted by applicable law.
Zehbia may transfer or assign its rights and obligations as part of a restructuring, merger, acquisition, sale of business or other lawful transaction, subject to applicable law.
69. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
70. JURISDICTION
Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and any mandatory dispute-resolution rights available to a customer, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at:

Nothing in this clause is intended to deprive a consumer of any mandatory legal remedy or jurisdiction available under applicable Indian law.
71. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms is intended to:
remove statutory consumer rights;
restrict rights granted under applicable Indian law;
exclude remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Where any provision conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the mandatory legal right will prevail.
72. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the applicable Privacy Notice, service-specific policies and transaction-specific terms, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Platform to the extent applicable.
